A:All our jewellery is made from either 925 Sterling Silver, and Moissanite Stone. All our jewellery is Nickel & Lead free and Hypoallergenic.

Q:Can Dizzlux jewelry be shipped to my country?

A:We have a global presence and have successfully served customers in worldwide. Our logistics and distribution centers are strategically located across the world to ensure that we can ship to most countries. Simply place your order, and we will deliver your jewelry to your doorstep. Please note that delivery time may be slightly longer for remote areas.

Q:How long will it take me to receive my order?

A:When we confirm your order, it will normally take about 7 to 14 working days for your item to be dispatched. Shipping times may vary from country to country

 

Q:I just bought the product and I don't want it anymore, can I return it?

A:All items sold on www.dizzlux.com cannot be refunded.

We offer complimentary resizing one chance of exchanges and returns within 7 days of receipt. The exchanges and returns policy please visit our website.

 

Q:What should I do if I find my package is missing?

A: If your package is lost on the way, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

 

Q:Taxes and duties

A: All prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties applicable in countries other than Hong Kong. As the consignee, you may be responsible for all import duties, customs duties and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping from.
